Oxymorphone-3ß-D-glucuronide is a major metabolite of oxymorphone in urine and plasma. Oxymorphone, sold under trade names such as Opana, Numorphan, and Numorphone, is an opiate analgesic indicated for relief of moderate to severe pain.
