Cerilliant Named to Top Workplaces in 2012 by Austin American Statesman
Round Rock, Texas (November 11, 2012) For the second year in a row, Cerilliant Corporation has been named one of the Top Workplaces in 2012 by the Austin American Statesman. Workplace Dynamics administered employee surveys to obtain feedback from the companies nominated for the award. Employee opinions measured two important dimensions of the workplace: the long-term health of the company including a clear direction, execution, innovation and a valued employee base; and how employees feel about their day-to-day jobs including their managers, compensation, work/life balance and opportunities for career development. According to 2012 survey results, Cerilliant employees were especially positive about the leadership and direction of the company, execution and the company’s strong values and ethics.
